We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Night Receptionist 10pm-6am. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including managing guest reservations and paperwork
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
