Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve departmental goals and uphold company standards.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Manage resource allocation, including staffing levels and equipment utilisation.
Conduct regular staff training programmes to promote professional development and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address employee concerns promptly and foster a positive organisational culture.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to support organisational objectives.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of initiatives.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a management capacity, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Strong management skills with the ability to organise, delegate, and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Experience in developing strategic plans and implementing process improvements.
Previous experience in a similar industry or environment is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in leadership positions and are committed to fostering organisational excellence through effective management practices.

Pay: £24,420.00-£60,000.00 per year
