Job Title: Handyman & Logistics Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and versatile Handyman & Logistics Support Specialist to assist with property maintenance, repairs, and operational logistics. This role is ideal for someone practical, organised, and proactive, who enjoys solving problems and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handyman Duties:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Conduct routine property inspections and identify issues
Prepare properties for guest arrivals (minor fixes, furniture setup, etc.)
Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Logistics Support:

Transport supplies, equipment
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Support property setup and turnover operations
Coordinate deliveries and manage basic scheduling

Requirements

Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and repairs
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Good physical fitness and ability to lift/carry items
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required

Desirable Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or property management
Familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment
Basic organisational and inventory management skills
