We’re recruiting Inbound Sales & Service Advisors to join our BT & EE campaigns – helping customers with their broadband, mobile, and TV services while delivering brilliant customer experiences.
- Handle inbound calls from BT & EE customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and packages.
- Work towards achievable sales and service targets.
- Be part of a friendly, supportive team in our brand-new site.
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
- A customer-focused approach with confidence in recommending solutions.
- Motivation to achieve targets and a positive attitude to learning.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus – but not essential.
- Starting salary: £23,829 – £24,936
- Uncapped commission & performance bonuses.
