DW Dunn Ltd is a family-owned Plumbing and Heating business with an office in Ewen (near Cirencester) and a team of 9 engineers. We are seeking an experienced office administrator/customer service co-ordinator to join our small and friendly office.
Job description:
- Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with enquiries.
- Diary management and booking in jobs.
- Maintaining the customer database (CRM).
- Assisting with invoicing and chasing overdue invoices.
- Record keeping and general office duties.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise well with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
- Good time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively within a reactive environment.
- The ability to use initiative, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Previous experience in an administrator/customer service role.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
