CloudNight Ltd is an established and growing property management company specialising in holiday lets, serviced accommodation and residential property management. We have built a strong reputation for exceptional service and are now looking for a commercially minded Managing Director to lead the business into its next phase of growth.
This is not a conventional management role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a business, not simply manage one.
The Opportunity
You will initially receive a salary of £30,000 together with 20% equity in the business, with a clearly defined pathway to increasing your shareholding to equal ownership, based upon agreed performance milestones and long-term commitment.
This is a genuine opportunity to become a business owner rather than an employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Recruit, manage and inspire the team.
- Improve systems, automation and operational efficiency.
- Develop relationships with landlords, investors and commercial partners.
- Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
- Take full responsibility for financial performance and business growth.
- Work alongside the founder to transition operational leadership before ultimately taking responsibility for running the company.
About You
You are likely to have:
- Previous experience in a senior leadership or Managing Director role.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience scaling a service-based business.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- A proven ability to make decisions and take ownership.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build long-term value.
- Experience within property, hospitality, lettings or related industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
