Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Fully Remote (Home-Based)
Reporting to: Team Leader / Operations Director

About Coalesce Group

Coalesce Group is a specialist B2B lead generation company, helping businesses connect with high-quality prospects and create valuable sales opportunities. Working across a range of industries including renewable energy, wealth management and insurance, we pride ourselves on delivering professional, results-driven campaigns for our clients.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our remote team.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for both Coalesce Group and our clients. This is a varied role where no two campaigns are the same. You will engage with business decision-makers, build relationships, qualify opportunities and arrange appointments for our clients' sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives on achieving targets and has previous B2B telesales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B calls to businesses across a variety of sectors including solar, wealth management and insurance.
Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for clients.
Identify new business opportunities for Coalesce Group's services.
Build rapport with key decision-makers and maintain professional relationships.
Qualify prospects against campaign criteria.
Accurately update CRM systems following every interaction.
Work towards individual and team KPIs and targets.
Manage your own workload effectively while working remotely.
Represent Coalesce Group and its clients professionally at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, motivated and self-driven.
An excellent communicator with strong listening skills.
Resilient and positive, with the ability to overcome objections.
Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Results-focused with a strong work ethic.

Essential Requirements

Previous B2B telesales or business development experience.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Experience speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems.
Reliable home broadband and a suitable home working environment.

Desirable

Experience within lead generation.
Knowledge of the solar, financial services, insurance or renewable energy sectors.
Experience using CRM platforms.
