Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £27,500 – £29,500 per annum, depending on experience

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting a fee earner with a varied residential conveyancing caseload, helping to progress matters efficiently from instruction through to post-completion.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and client-focused, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role and duties will include:
- Assisting your fee earner in progressing transactions from instruction to completion
- Communicating with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties to provide updates and obtain information
- Attending meetings, managing client enquiries by telephone, email and in person
- Preparing correspondence, legal documents and contracts for approval
- Setting up and coordinating property completions
- Assisting with post-completion matters and Land Registry applications
- Conducting legal and property-related research where required
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, lender requirements and relevant regulations
- Supporting the completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence checks
- Maintaining accurate and compliant file records
- Network with introducers, build and maintain positive relationships with clients, introducers and professional contacts
- Keeping up to date with legal developments, compliance requirements and policies
About You
You will have a positive and professional approach, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Essential Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant or Paralegal role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- A professional approach with integrity and respect for confidentiality
