About Us

3D Aesthetics is one of the UK’s leading providers of advanced aesthetic technology, supporting clinics nationwide with innovative devices, education, marketing support, and business growth solutions.

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing & Events Executive to join our growing in-house marketing team at our Rugby Head Office.

This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across PR, KOL relationships, podcasts, events, editorial features, content coordination, social media, email marketing, and wider marketing activity.

The Role

As Marketing & Events Executive, you will deliver marketing, PR, brand partnership, and events activity across 3D Aesthetics and associated clinic brands.

The role will involve coordinating KOL collaborations, supporting podcast and video projects, managing PR and editorial opportunities, coordinating events and exhibitions, managing social media and email marketing activity, and assisting with wider marketing campaigns and communications.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, creative, confident communicating with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key ResponsibilitiesKOL, Influencer & Brand Partnership Coordination

Coordinate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, ambassadors, clinics, and brand partners
Coordinate KOL visits, filming days, testimonials, and campaign deliverables
Maintain strong professional relationships with industry contacts and clinics

Podcast, PR & Editorial Coordination

Coordinate podcast recording schedules, guests, filming logistics, and promotional activity
Draft editorial features, press releases, and PR content
Secure media coverage and editorial opportunities
Maintain organised press coverage and media asset libraries
Support celebrity, influencer, and media engagement activity

Events & Exhibitions

Coordinate and support the delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, training events, and open days
Manage event logistics, marketing materials, schedules, and content capture
Coordinate branded assets, promotional materials, and event communications
Help ensure all events are delivered professionally and on brand

Content Creation & Marketing Coordination

Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, social content, client communications, and campaign materials
Coordinate graphic design and videography projects
Support content planning, scheduling, and asset management
Assist with the creation of marketing materials across multiple brands

Website & Digital Marketing Support

Manage and maintain company websites and campaign landing pages
Update website content, imagery, and marketing copy
Support campaign launches and digital marketing activity
Ensure all content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned to brand guidelines

Internal & Client Communications

Create internal communications, announcements, and updates
Support external email marketing campaigns and client communications
Assist clinics with approved marketing resources and guidance
Help maintain and update client-facing marketing materials and resources

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Creative with a strong eye for detail and understanding of marketing objectives
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Confident communicating with clients and industry contacts
A strong copywriter with excellent written communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Enthusiastic about marketing, branding, PR, and events

Desirable Experience

Marketing, PR, communications, or events experience
Experience coordinating content shoots, podcasts, or events
Social media and digital marketing knowledge
Website CMS and email marketing platform experience
Experience within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, luxury, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous but not essential
