As our Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the night hours. You'll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. What you'll be doing:

Overseeing all hygiene operations during the nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style.

Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards.

Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues.

Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements.

Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management.
Requirements

Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols.

Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Availability to work permanent night shifts.

5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment, ideally during night shifts.

Experience managing large teams with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential.
