We are looking for a passionate Pre-school Manager who will be able to create environments for high quality learning and development! Are you someone who can advocate for our youngest children and provide a safe, nurturing and consistent experience for our babies?
The Pre-school Manager will be overseen by an experienced and dedicated senior management team and you will be an integral part of the smooth running of the Preschool
Working 5 days a week 9.00am to 4.00pm Term Time Only with set remote working time (salary averaged over the whole year)

Key Responsibilities - Pre-school Manager
· To manage the Preschool and staff to provide high quality childcare adhering to all policy and procedures.
. To be responsible for the management of day -to-day financial operations within the Preschool, by meeting financial targets and managing the Preschool budget.
· Gaining a clear understanding of policies and procedures, statutory welfare requirements, and Ofsted expectations and requirements and ensuring these are maintained at all times.
. Being Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Preschool (training provided)
· Ensure the Preschool works towards the company ethos, visions and goals.
· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the Preschool.
· Ensuring that the Preschool conforms to and exceeds the requirements of Ofsted.
· Upholding and ensuring a high standard of care and education throughout the Preschool.
· Implementing and maintaining the company’s Equality policy ensuring that children, parents, and the staff team are valued and practice is positive and non-discriminatory.
· Monitoring any safeguarding issues following local authority procedures

Annual safeguarding training is provided to all staff and is an integral part of the setting’s Continued Professional Development training. All staff, volunteers and main contractors undergo appropriate DBS checks prior to appointment.
