Overview
TBA Global is an international tax, accounting, and compliance service provider, supporting global e-commerce sellers with solutions including VAT, EPR, product compliance, company formation, accounting, and other cross-border business services.
We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Intern / Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, is confident speaking with business clients, and wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and cross-border e-commerce services.
You will be provided with a list of potential business contacts to call. Your main responsibility will be to introduce TBA Global, understand whether the prospect has VAT, EPR, or other compliance needs, and pass qualified information to our sales team for follow-up.
This is an internship position with a £300 monthly allowance to support lunch and travel expenses. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time role, and performance-based bonuses may be available if qualified leads are successfully converted into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients, mainly global cross-border e-commerce sellers.
Introduce TBA Global and our services in a professional and clear manner. Ask prospects whether they have VAT, EPR, product compliance, or other business compliance needs.
Follow up with prospects who may have received emails or marketing materials from TBA Global.
Collect and record key client information accurately.
Identify potential sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the business development team.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when speaking with clients.
Support the sales and business development team with lead generation and client communication task

Skills

Fluent English is required.
Additional language skills are highly desirable, especially languages commonly used by international e-commerce sellers.
Confident and comfortable making cold calls.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
Organised, reliable, and able to record information accurately.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in sales, business development, e-commerce, tax, or international business is a plus.
Previous cold calling, sales, customer service, or telesales experience is beneficial but not essential.
