Full job description

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a welcoming gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Working behind reception and being the first point of contact for members
Welcoming, assisting, and chatting with members to ensure they have a great experience
Serving members with enquiries, bookings, and general support
Clearing away and organising weights and equipment after use
Ensuring reception and the gym floor are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Has a positive, can-do attitude
Friendly, chatty, and confident engaging with members
Flexible with working hours and days (including evenings/weekends if required)
Takes pride in keeping the gym clean and organised
Reliable, approachable, and a good team player
