About the Role
We are looking for a talented Dental Ceramist to join our growing dental laboratory team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an eye for detail, artistic ability, and a passion for creating high-quality ceramic restorations. You will be working closely with our dentists and technicians to produce crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant restorations that combine both function and aesthetics.
What You’ll Do
- Create and finish ceramic dental restorations (crowns, veneers, bridges, inlays/onlays, implants).
- Layer, stain, and glaze ceramics for a natural look and accurate shade match.
- Work from dentist prescriptions, scans, and impressions.
- Use and maintain ceramic ovens, CAD/CAM equipment, and lab tools.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest quality results.
- Stay up to date with the latest materials and digital dentistry techniques.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Dental Ceramist or Dental Technician with ceramic focus.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and aesthetics.
- Skilled in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing.
- CAD/CAM experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Qualification in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
- 2+ years’ ceramics experience (preferred).
