Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our installation team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out complete bathroom installations to the high standards expected by TBCG. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from standard bathroom refurbishments to luxury bathroom installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom rip-outs and full bathroom installations.
- Install sanitaryware, furniture, baths, shower trays, shower screens, and brassware.
- Carry out first and second fix plumbing works.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and showroom staff.
- Complete snagging items promptly and efficiently.
- Report any site issues or additional works required.
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 5 years' bathroom fitting experience.
- Strong plumbing knowledge and installation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
Desirable
- Experience fitting luxury bathrooms.
