Shift Patterns & Opportunities
We currently have multiple Production Operative opportunities available across several production departments at our Glenbervie site.
Different shift patterns are available depending on the department, including:

Three-week rotating shift pattern:
-
6:00am – 2:00pm
-
2:00pm – 10:00pm
-
10:00pm – 6:00am
-
Employees working this shift pattern will receive an additional 8.5% shift allowance in recognition of the night shift element.

Two-week rotating shift pattern:

6:00am – 2:00pm
-
2:00pm – 10:00pm

Please note that successful candidates will be assigned to a production department based on business requirements, skills, experience and shift preference where possible.
Typical Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging and production machinery efficiently and safely.

Conduct regular quality inspections on products during the production cycle.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the production area.

Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations strictly.

Report production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished goods as required.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

Forklift operation certificates are advantageous but not mandatory.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with safety practices.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality products.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy products as required.

Willingness to work flexible hours including shift patterns as scheduled.
