Job title: Event Day Manager

Location: Covering our events across the East & West Midlands

Salary: £100-200 per day Hourly wage also available

Contract type: Casual

Hours of work: 6-12 hours per event- the hours of work will be flexible to meet with the business demands and will often include weekend and evenings.

We tailor all three of these services to our clients’ wishes, which range from football clubs and music festivals through to local authorities.

Who are we looking for…?

Due to our expansion, we are looking for outstanding Event Day Manager's, with a proven track record, to join our current events team. This post would be midlands based from our head office in Coventry however travel to events across the UK would be required especially to Burnley, Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan. We are a business that has grown over the last few years with no view to stop there. The ideal candidate must be very hands on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. seen as an exceptional leader of teams of all levels and skill sets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

To oversee the daily running all operations at the event, including but not limited to football clubs.
Management of Stewarding, Traffic Management, SIA Security, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation & Event Parking Operations.
Developing our team of supervisors and overall teams at each event
working very closely with our recruitment, staffing and training teams to ensure the right number and calibre of staff are deployed at each venue.
Implementing operational plans and risk assessments.
Providing payroll data to the office team post event
Completion of post event debrief

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, qualifications and skills;

5 years of experience working in the events industry
Experience of working in the traffic management in the events industry
Ability to communicate with clients up to Safety Officer/ Event Manager level
World class organisation and strategic planning skills
Excellent management and development skills
Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships and a collaborative working environment
L4 in Spectator Safety would be an advantage
