We are a well established therapeutic residential care home for children and young people, with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties, situated in a rural area near Buxton, with over 25 years experience in childrens services.
Our therapeutic provision is overseen by a Clinical Psychologist with support from a qualified therapeutic team, with all staff PACE and PPR trained.
We are seeking to recruit both qualified Residential and Senior Residential Workers to join us and provide therapeutic care, independence training and educational support for young people between 10 and 17 years.
We believe that safeguarding our young people and staff is paramount, and you must also share this conviction. All applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS Checks.
Please note that is ESSENTIAL that you hold a minimum of a Level 3/4 Diploma Qualification in Residential Child Care
We have the following roles available, and can offer full or part time hours to suit.
❤ Senior Residential Support Worker ❤
Location: SK23 & SK17 (10 mins apart)
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per annum pro rata
Shifts: flexible but generally 2 on 4 off
❤ Residential Support Worker ❤
Location: SK23 & SK17 (10 mins apart)
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per annun pro rata
Shifts: flexible but generally 2 on 4 off
❤ Relief Residential Support Worker ❤
Location: SK23 & SK17 (10 mins apart)
Salary: Dependent on hours worked that month
Shifts: flexible - this can be on a pro-rota'd request or as and when shifts become available.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll help guide the team, support care planning, and ensure the home runs smoothly, all while building strong relationships with the young people in your care.
⭐ What you'll need for Senior role:
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- At least 1 year experience in a Residential Childcare role
- A manual driving license
- Experience working in children’s residential care
⭐ What you'll need for Residential Care Worker role:
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A desire to make a difference to young peoples lives
- A manual driving license
- Experience working with children is a bonus but life skills and enthusiasm is a must

- To be willing to obtain a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
