THE JOB
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, talented individual to liaise with customers across our three restaurants. The winning candidate will have a fantastic telephone voice, share a passion for the hospitality industry, have a friendly personality and great attention to detail. This is a key role within the company, being the first point of contact for many customers. The role requires great organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of one year's experience in hospitality, wedding & events and administration is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing the Group reservations operation across all venues, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner.
· Coordinating wedding, private dining and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the booking journey.
· Maximising the use of our online booking systems, driving reservations and revenue across all restaurants, event spaces and activities within the Group.
· Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales for weddings, events, private dining and restaurant bookings.
· Responding to all guest enquiries via telephone, email, website and social media channels, maintaining high standards of customer service.
· Managing event and wedding administration, including preparing proposals, contracts, function sheets and event documentation.
· Processing deposits, payments, vouchers and gift cards, ensuring all transactions and records are accurately maintained.
· Handling charity requests, donation enquiries and community partnership requests in line with company procedures.
· Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all menus, packages, promotions, events, marketing campaigns and printed materials across the Group.
· Liaising closely with restaurant management teams, chefs and operational departments to ensure seamless delivery of weddings, events and special occasions.
· Supporting the promotion of the Hooked-on Group through engagement with guests across social media platforms and assisting with event-related marketing activity where required.
· Maintaining accurate customer records within reservation and CRM systems and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
· Assisting with venue show rounds, wedding appointments and client meetings to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Pay: £33,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
