Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, catering, and delivering memorable customer experiences. All roles are paid, including internships, and provide valuable experience within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Support barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks with attention to detail
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest experience

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality roles is highly required
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is compulsory
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Organised with strong multitasking abilities
A personable attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
