Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Handyman/woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set encompassing mechanical, electrical, with the ability to oversee maintenance operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proactive approach to facility upkeep and a passion for problem-solving. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our premises through effective repairs and preventative maintenance.

Duties

Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including electrical work, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken.

Requirements

Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles
Experience in conducting maintenance across various systems including electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently & efficiently to maximise productivity.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
