Job Purpose
To work in any area of conditioning as required. To be able to understand and follow all training given. To understand the speed requirement for your role and achieve it.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Co-ordination
- i. To be able to demonstrate competency in multiple areas of the production line.
2. Efficiency / Productivity
- i. To understand the speed targets set by your team leader and achieve them.
3. Product Quality
- i. To ensure all finished goods meet external and / or internal teams expectations.
- ii. To ensure all products are handled and stored correctly.
4. Health and Safety
- i. To ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to in all areas.
- ii. To ensure you understand and follow all training given.

Environmental: Employees must ensure that they are continually mindful of the Company’s environmental aims and that where possible whilst fulfilling their job role they minimise their personal impact upon the environment.
