Bookkeeper

We are a local business looking for an experienced and trustworthy Bookkeeper to support us on a part-time basis at our Head office near Minehead.

Salary: £13.00 to £15.00 Per hour dependent upon qualifications and experience

Hours: Part time flexible hours, with the opportunity to work around agreed business need.

Role Specification

The role involves helping keep our finances organized and up to date, including, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and general bookkeeping duties. Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage would be preferred.

Person specification

· Previous bookkeeping experience

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
General administration skills
IT skills with basic familiarity of Word and Excel

· Organized with good attention to detail

· Able to work independently
