Works to include EWI, K&B's, W&Ds
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of planned works programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and act as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.
- Oversee delivery of planned maintenance works within occupied social housing
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety (CDM and company standards)
- Monitor programme, quality, and cost performance
- Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders
- Drive a customer-first approach, minimising disruption to residents
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong people skills:
- ✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing planned works (essential)
- ✅ Strong knowledge of planned maintenance programmes (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, externals, EWI)
- ✅ SMSTS (essential)
- ✅ Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- ✅ Ability to manage programmes and deliver to deadlines
- ✅ Customer-focused with a collaborative approach
