Job Description

We are looking for an Senior Leisure Assistant (zero hours contract) to join our team here at Stanground Academy!

Join our friendly and professional Sports Centre team and play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. As a Sports Centre Duty Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre, lead leisure attendants, ensure health and safety standards are maintained, manage pool testing and equipment set-up, and provide excellent customer service. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about creating a positive environment where our community can enjoy sport, fitness, and leisure activities.
