Early Hours London is a creative floral studio designing beautiful flowers for events, corporate spaces, and large-scale installations. From refined brand events to immersive floral environments, our work is innovative, design led, and always hands-on.
We’re looking for a Studio Florist to join our small but mighty team. If you love flowers, enjoy getting stuck into event work, and thrive in a fast-paced creative studio, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating floral arrangements for events, weekly corporate contracts, and installations
- Assisting with the build and breakdown of large-scale floral installations
- Driving company vans to and from events and installations across London
- Helping with event set-ups and de-rigs (early starts and some weekends included)
- Conditioning flowers and keeping the studio stocked, tidy, and organised
- Supporting the team to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
The Ideal Candidate
You’re hands-on, creative, and calm under pressure. You enjoy the practical side of event floristry as much as the creative process from prepping flowers in the studio to driving vans, loading in, and installing on site. You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in doing things properly. You care about good design, seasonal flowers, and being part of a supportive, hard-working team.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ professional floristry experience
- A full, clean UK driving licence and confidence driving company vans in London
- Strong knowledge of flower care, conditioning, and floral mechanics
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced studio and event environment
- Physically capable of event, lifting, and installation work
- Full right to work in the UK
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Experience with large-scale installations or corporate event floristry
- Interest in contemporary, design led floral work
Why Join Early Hours London?
- Work on exciting events and creative installations
- Be part of a friendly, collaborative studio team
- Learn, grow, and develop within a growing creative business
- Competitive salary, based on experience
