About the role
We're looking for a technically rigorous Senior/Lead Technical Architect to translate design intent into fully coordinated, precise, and buildable documentation across our boutique hospitality projects. You will serve as the key technical authority within the design team — bridging concept and construction across RIBA Stages 3–5, while collaborating closely with design, engineering, and procurement. This role exists to ensure that quality, constructability, and coordination are preserved from design development through delivery.

Responsibilities:-
Translate concept and schematic designs into coordinated, buildable Revit models and full documentation packages across RIBA Stages 3–5.

Develop precise technical layouts, assemblies, and construction-level details in Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent, constructability, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and interior design inputs using BIM workflows and Navisworks; resolve and prevent cross-discipline clashes.

Lead the development of project-specific façade, roof, and technical typologies grounded in construction logic and material performance.

Own quality control across Revit models and documentation; conduct technical reviews and flag risks proactively.

Build and manage project families, typologies, and detail libraries to support efficient design development and team-wide standardization.

Support tender and construction documentation, ensuring full alignment with specifications, codes, and local regulations.

Collaborate with the procurement team on technical inputs related to material quantities, specifications, and product compatibility.

Supervise and guide BIM modelers and junior technical staff; contribute to building department-wide technical workflows and standards.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

5–10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on technical development and construction documentation.

Demonstrated experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects — private homes, villas, hotels, or resorts.

Expert proficiency in Revit, including parametric families, freeform modeling, and terrain modeling.

Hands-on experience with Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection.

Solid understanding of construction methodologies, material performance, and multi-disciplinary integration.

Fluent English, written and verbal.

Portfolio required.
Nice to Have:

Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, or Enscape.

Experience contributing to early-stage feasibility or RIBA Stage 1–2 design inputs.

Familiarity with BIM automation tools and emerging technical design workflows.
