Spa Therapist

Elements Boutique Spa | 24+ hours per week | Salary negotiable depending on experience

At Elements Boutique Spa, we combine luxury, nature and wellbeing to create a truly special experience for our guests and our team.

We’re looking for a friendly, passionate Spa Therapist to join our growing team. If you love providing beautiful treatments, making guests feel relaxed and cared for, and working in a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

Deliver high-quality treatments tailored to each guest
Provide warm, professional guest care throughout their visit
Recommend treatments, products and experiences where appropriate
Help maintain our beautiful spa environment
Work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
Minimum 24 hours per week
Reception shifts are also available for anyone interested in a dual therapist/reception role

We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
A friendly, professional and caring approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for wellbeing and guest experience
Spa or luxury hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential
Additional treatment qualifications are a bonus
