As a Programmes Facilitator, you will empower people affected by drug and alcohol use to build brighter futures through recovery-focused programmes.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities:
About the Role:

Deliver engaging and evidence-based psychosocial group interventions.

Facilitate the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork.

Encourage participation, challenge thinking patterns and support behaviour change.

Conduct assessments and determine suitability for interventions.

Provide motivational one-to-one support to enhance engagement in recovery.

Work collaboratively with prison staff, healthcare professionals and partner agencies.

Support reduced harm, improved wellbeing and successful reintegration into the community.
About you:

Experience delivering or supporting group-based psychosocial interventions.

Strong understanding of recovery principles and behaviour change.

Ability to create safe, inclusive and engaging group environments.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.

Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and information governance.
