Pharmacy Manager – Independent Prescribing Pharmacist | Bucksburn, Aberdeen

B.A. Christie Pharmacy

3–4 Sclattie Park, Bucksburn, Aberdeen AB21 9QL

Full Time – 40 Hours per Week

We're looking for a GPhC-registered Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join B.A. Christie Pharmacy as Pharmacy Manager.

We welcome applications from Independent Prescribing Pharmacists, whether you're ready to take on your first Pharmacy Manager role or you're an experienced Pharmacy Manager looking for a fresh opportunity.

You'll make full use of your Independent Prescribing qualification, help expand NHS and private clinical services, and lead an experienced pharmacy team while benefiting from a structured transition programme designed to help you succeed in your new role.

The Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

Provide outstanding patient-centred pharmaceutical care
Lead and inspire the pharmacy team
Deliver and expand NHS and private clinical services
Use your Independent Prescribing qualification to improve patient outcomes
Ensure the safe and compliant operation of the pharmacy
Build strong relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals

About You

Be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing qualification

Have excellent leadership and communication skills
Be committed to advancing clinical services and supporting your team
