Marketing Lead for Audit and Assurance (A&A), reporting to the Sales Excellence, Business and Role-based Director and working closely with the A&A Clients & Markets team, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that support Deloitte UK's business objectives.

Lead and manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for A&A

Work with the A&A Clients & Markets team to enable sales and activate follow-up of demand generation marketing campaigns and events.

Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including service line leaders, business development teams, bid teams, and subject matter experts.

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.

Manage marketing budgets effectively and track return on investment for all marketing activities.

Analyse marketing data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future strategies.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the marketing landscape.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

- Proven experience as a highly performing Senior Manager within business services or professional services

Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
