Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons tailored to different skill levels.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during lessons.
- Assess swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve lesson plans and techniques.
- Promote water safety awareness within the community.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching swimming.
- Relevant certifications such as SASA/STA Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate learners.
- Knowledge of water safety procedures.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with children or adults is preferred.
