Full job description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Managerto oversee and manage domestic and small commercial renovation projects from initial survey to project handover. The ideal candidate will have proven experience coordinating multiple trades, managing on-site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed project surveys and assessments
Plan and manage domestic renovation projects across all trades
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Manage materials procurementand coordinate deliveries
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
Ensure quality controland compliance with company standards
Maintain strong client relationshipsand provide updates throughout the project
Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
Collaborate closely with site supervisorsand the office administrator
Support a positive, productive team environment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Managerin domestic renovations
Strong understanding of construction trades and processes
Full UK driving licenceand ability to travel between sites
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with office staff, supervisors, and contractors
