Thistle Tavern Games Hub seeks a Full-Time Ecommerce Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile, self-sufficient "Generalist" to take ownership of our day-to-day digital operations. This isn't a "sit and wait for instructions" role; you will be offloading critical tasks from the Directors and leading our Shopify ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Digital & E-commerce Management (Shopify)
- Product Lifecycle: Create and optimise high-quality product listings, ensuring descriptions are engaging and SEO-friendly.
- Dynamic Pricing: Monitor market trends and update pricing across our inventory to reflect fluctuations in the TCG market.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to streamline content creation, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Ensure the digital backend accurately reflects our physical stock.
The Ideal Candidate
- TCG Expert: You must have a "high working knowledge" of trading cards. You likely play or collect at least one (ideally multiple) TCGs (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece).
- The "Proactive" Mindset: You are self-sufficient. If you don't know how to do something, you find a solution or use AI to bridge the gap.
- Tech-Fluent: You have experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) and a proven track record of using AI to enhance your work output.
- Organised & Adaptable: You can pivot from the quiet focus of data entry to the high-energy environment of a trade show floor without missing a beat.
Requirements
- Experience in E-commerce, SEO, Product Management, or high-level Office/Warehouse Operations.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with partners and customers.
- Ability to travel for events and work weekends when necessary.
- Bonus: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (though we value proven experience and TCG knowledge just as highly).

You won't be a cog in a machine. You will be a core part of the business, working directly with the Directors to scale our brand. We don't expect you to know everything on Day 1, but we do expect you to have the drive to learn it.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
