We are currently looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing procurement function, managing supplier data, processing purchase orders and helping ensure smooth, efficient supply chain operations. Job Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update supplier information, including contact details, pricing agreements, and performance records.
Assist in the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), circulating them to potential suppliers.
Track and expedite orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any supply chain issues or delays.
Generate procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
Support the negotiation of favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a procurement or supply chain department.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion.
Knowledge of procurement principles and practices is a plus.
