Duties
- Safely operate dump trucks to haul materials such as soil, gravel, demolition debris, and other construction supplies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning
- Load and unload materials accurately, following site instructions and safety protocols
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and team members.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
- Keep detailed logs of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records
Skills
- Proven experience operating excavators or other heavy machinery
- Excellent knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under deadlines
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and site personnel
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
