Cathedral Dental Clinic is a well-established, fully private dental practice located in the heart of Pontcanna, Cardiff. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Clinic Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in being organised and approachable, we'd love to hear from you.
About You
- Previous dental reception experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Previous reception or administration experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, five-star customer service.
- Friendly, approachable and confident manner.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Organised, reliable and able to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
