DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE or CHEF DE PARTIE

We want our guests to have a truly memorable experience surrounded by exceptional service and honest hospitality.

Today, Penmaenuchaf is an exemplary small luxury hotel, acquired by Seren in 2022, a unique collection of high-quality hospitality venues in Wales. The hotel is highly regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. At the foot of Cadair Idris in the heart of the national park, the 14-bedroom hotel holds a coveted ‘Michelin Key’ and also home to an excellent restaurant, renowned for a wonderful wine list.

Penmaenuchaf is part of Seren, that currently includes the 5 Red star and 4 AA rosette Grove of Narberth hotel, Michelin starred Beach House Restaurant in Oxwich and Lan y Mor Saundersfoot.

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie to join the Penmaenuchaf team.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

· Sound experience in a quality kitchen environment.

· Clear passion for the industry and food.

· Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
