About the role
We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant within our dedicated ALN team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, across our 3-19 age range.
Main responsibilities
Provide support to individual pupils and small groups
The experience or enthusiasm to upskill to be able to deliver interventions
Work under the direction of the class teacher to deliver high‑quality learning experiences
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment as appropriate to the role
Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos
Support the welfare, safety, and inclusion of all learners
Someone with teaching assistant experience
Excellent communication skills in a school setting
A positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach
Willingness to undertake professional training
Ability to use Welsh and English
