Lemongrass is a PR and Content agency for travel brands with impact and purpose, in the world’s most beautiful destinations. We are looking for an Account Manager who is keen on learning, a team player, and someone who takes pride in always delivering the best results for their clients.

You’ll bring at least 3 years of PR experience, strong media relationships (both old and new media), excellent client and communication skills, and a solid understanding of the travel industry.

What You’ll Do:

Media & Public Relations

Plan, coordinate, and organise press functions and press trips on behalf of clients.
Organise and attend meetings with media and industry partners on behalf of clients without input
from the Account Director.
Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and support with Lemongrass blog post writing.
Outreach content to media to secure results and quality links in target publications.
Develop and implement creative press strategies to secure high-impact media coverage for clients.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Oversee client reporting with the junior team, ensuring reports and press coverage are completed and dispatched in a timely manner.
Collate and analyse data from different sources to generate meaningful insights for future campaigns.
Translate and visualise data to communicate complex information in simple and easy-to-understand
ways.

Digital PR & SEO

Lead on digital positioning audits/competitor GAP Analysis for clients to identify link-building and coverage opportunities and present findings.
Lead on digital PR processes, including ideation, data analysis, crafting of pitches, media outreach, and reporting.
Understand SEO needs of clients and incorporate them into campaign ideas.
Analyse data and results across Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Keep updated on all digital channel changes and best practices.

Creative & Strategic Thinking

Proactively contribute to team ideation and creative council sessions—bringing the latest trends and spotting opportunities for clients.
Contribute to PR Plans that are in line with client’s strategic goals and objectives.
Ensure an eye for detail at all times, with strong copy-editing skills.
Monitor relevant media, social media, industry associations, and intelligence reports to increase relationships and knowledge on behalf of clients and the agency.

Client Relationships & Account Management

Foster strong client relationships both in person and through day-to-day communication.
Be the main point of contact for our clients, offering timely responses and a proactive approach to communication.
Lead with new client processes – generating workshop documents, checklists and templates for new clients.
Attend annual client strategy meetings to present PR plans and trends from the UK media

What you’ll have:

At least 3 years of agency experience, ideally in travel or consumer PR, with a hands-on approach to execution.
Strong media relations skills and a proven ability to secure high-impact press coverage.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting press materials and thought leadership pieces.
A proactive attitude, creative mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Solid understanding of PR analytics and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, media monitoring platforms).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Media contacts within the lifestyle/travel media.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
Ability to research and write high-level and accurate copy – white papers, articles, comment, news releases, case studies, web copy, blog postings, etc. excellent attention to detail.
Passion for sustainability and integrating responsible practices into PR strategies.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of tasks.
A positive, team-player attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional work.
