What does the job involve?
To ensure machined aerospace components have a surface finish free from burrs prior to finishing process, e.g. plating/painting.
What will my responsibilities include?
- Perform deburring processes including blending, polishing and the creation of edge breaks.
- Inspect manufactured components for quality conformance to specifications using bench gauging.
- Ensure standard procedures are followed in all aspects of work including tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Follow instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity
- Flexible approach and willingness to multi-task.
- Well organised and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow Company operating procedures and can demonstrate due diligence with all Health and Safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
What qualifications should I have?
Background in aerospace deburring preferred.
Shift Pattern 6-2/2-10 alternating weekly
