We are looking for a talented Junior Marketing Executive to take ownership of our content strategy and delivery, ensuring our brand is represented consistently and effectively across all platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Jnr. Marketing Exec to join the award-winning marketing team at FI, supporting a diverse range of brand and marketing activities for the FI Office Sector and one of our consumer sub-brands Cuboid Self Storage.
The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging campaigns that support our marketing, communications, and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing and editorial skills, who can translate complex property information into accessible and compelling content for a wide range of audiences. Some knowledge of digital marketing, and data led campaigns would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content plan aligned with company goals and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media channels, producing engaging posts that grow reach and engagement.
- Support all digital marketing campaigns, overseeing agency performance and monitoring reporting.
- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for web, social, email, PR, and print.
- Some exposure to hands-on creative production including visualisation, film editing, photography, drone content etc.
- Manage and update the websites, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (asset management, leasing, development, and investment) to source stories and updates.
- Write and edit copy for brochures, case studies, press releases, and presentations.
- Commission and manage external content providers (designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters) where needed.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Track and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools.
- Required to manage administrative duties, such as raising PO’s, maintaining budget sheets, and some general admin duties
- Will be required to support brand activations and CSR Initiatives
- AI literate, and capable of deploying AI tools appropriately and with integrity
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications (preferably B2B).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced understanding of social media, channel specific characteristics, audience targeting and content creation.
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Umbraco, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong visual and creative eye, with the ability to brief designers and videographers.
- Great time management, highly organised and a proven track record of hitting deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience in the commercial property or real estate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Video editing and filming experience
- An understanding of PR
