Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Penwortham team. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements for sales or lettings

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants

- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants

- Manage property listings on various platforms

- Provide administrative support for property transactions

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or in Sales in other sectors is desirable

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in using relevant computer software for property listings and client management
