Established in 1969, BF Mulholland is a locally owned business based in Crumlin Northern Ireland and supply’s consumables, medical aesthetics and training to the Dental, Medical and Aesthetics industries in Ireland and the UK.
We are currently seeking to employ a Customer Sales Specialist based in our Crumlin office. The customer sales specialist will be a key member of the wider Customer Success Team, providing a high level of customer service to our customers either face to face, over the telephone, interactions through the website or emails.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing an exceptional customer care experience and aspire to engage with customers as part of a highly motivated team who strive to go above and beyond the clients’ expectations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support – Recommending potential products to customer based upon their individual needs.
Relationships – Building relationships with customers. This will include regular telephone conversations and email communications.
Customer Service – Resolving customer queries by clarifying the customer’s product requirements, determining the cause of any issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues and following up to ensure the client’s requirements have been fulfilled.
Sales Support – Recommending potential products to customer based upon their individual needs. At least monthly calls with customers to process their orders.
Team Support – Assisting the Territory Managers by booking appointments, processing orders, creating price plans, etc.
Proactive – Responding to and follow up of sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Coordination & Collaboration – Participation in meetings and team activities, including supporting efforts across the wider Customer Success Team.
Project Involvement – Contribute to projects and initiatives that support the long‑term growth aspirations of the brand.
Qualifications
At least one years of experience in a customer focused environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to help our customers and consistently exceed their expectations.
Technology‑savvy with a curiosity and desire to continually learn new technologies.
Experience of call handling, determining and resolving end user issues and coaching users in product knowledge.
Able to demonstrate a proactive approach with good time management and autonomy in delivering excellent customer service.
Experience working in a fast‑paced team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to collective success.
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
