Full job description

Role Overview:
The Technical Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day quality and usability of the Compliance Chain platform. The role focuses on handling inbound support queries, contributing to QA testing, and providing clear insights into platform functionality and user issues. The Technical Support Co-ordinator helps strengthen Compliance Chain's internal and external development offering, feeding learnings back into the wider product and development process to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed understanding of the Compliance Chain platform
Provide effective technical support to all system users, both internally and externally
Gather and document clear product development requirements
Assist in co-ordinating the development lifecycle, working with developers, product ownership and designers to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
Conduct QA testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, to maintain product quality.
Manage inbound support queries from internal and external users, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of support tickets, with clear and effective supporting documentation
Prioritise workload effectively, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate and ensure clear communication across all business streams

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a support, service desk, or helpdesk role is highly desirable
Experience with ticketing or service-desk systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a significant advantage
Previous experience managing or contributing to QA testing processes would be beneficial to help hit the ground running
An understanding of software development processes and concepts is useful, though not essential
Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving, clear communication, and service quality
An interest in software, technology, and how systems work, with a willingness to build detailed product knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Experience with data reporting tools (e.g. Metabase) is an advantage, but training can be provided
Positive, proactive approach with a collaborative mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
