Job Title: Off ice junior Are you looking to start your career in a friendly, supportive environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Administrator to join our team. This is an ideal role for a recent college leaver who’s organised, eager to learn, and ready to get started in the workplace.

What You’ll Do:

CRM & Job Sheet Management: Keep our customer relationship management system and job sheets up-to-date with the latest job information. You’ll update job statuses, record detailed notes, and make sure all delivery details are logged accurately. Track ongoing jobs and deliveries from start to finish, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and all paperwork is complete.
Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact for our customers—answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a friendly, professional way. You’ll take service requests, provide updates, and help resolve basic issues.
Team Support: Work closely with our key account managers to help schedule jobs, update them on job progress, and provide the information they need to keep our customers informed. You’ll play an important role in making sure our service runs smoothly for our biggest clients.
General Admin: Pitch in with general office tasks like filing, data entry, and supporting the wider team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Good communication skills—both written and over the phone
Confident using computers (experience with Microsoft Office is a plus)
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
A positive attitude and a team player

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: £22,568
28 days holiday (including bank holidays ) increasing by 1 day per year up to 4 years
1 Extra day holiday for your birthday
