Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Junior/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills within a professional environment. You will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining organised workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist with data entry tasks using Laboratory software and microsoft applications to maintain accurate records
Support administrative functions such as filing and document management
Coordinate appointments
Handle basic clerical tasks including typing, photocopying, and distributing correspondence
Maintain organised office supplies inventory and reorder as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across departments

Skills

Prior office experience or administrative background preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Basic clerical experience including filing and record keeping
