Part-Time Event Staff
Location: Pinvin, Pershore
Job Type: Part-Time, Employed
Contract: Zero-Hours | Approx. 5 Months
Schedule: Weekends (with some weekday shifts available)

Role Overview

We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our Events Team as Part-Time Event Staff. This role is ideal for anyone aged 16 or over, such as students or those looking for flexible, part-time weekend or occasional weekday work.

You’ll help with setting up equipment, supervising inflatables and games, and ensuring all guests have a fun and safe experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with setting up and packing down inflatable equipment and games at events
Supervise equipment and users during events to ensure fun and safety
Engage with children, families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and event spaces

Requirements

Minimum age: 16+ (some roles require 18+ to operate certain equipment)
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Physically fit – comfortable with lifting, bending, and moving equipment
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Availability on weekends and some weekdays (optional)
