Location: Solihull & Surrounding Areas Position: Full-Time, Permanent (CIS) Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 – 16:00 Pay: £100–£120 per day (Negotiable based on experience)

The Role: More Than Just Labouring
This is a vital, multi-skilled role that combines logistics with on-site assistance. You are the person who ensures our skilled trades have what they need to succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Logistics & Driving: Operating our single-cab dropside van to collect materials from merchants and our yard, ensuring they arrive on-site exactly when they’re needed.
- Site Mastery: Taking ownership of site organisation. You’ll keep our workplaces impeccably clean, tidy, and safe—the "UYS" way.
- Hands-on Support: Working alongside our carpenters and builders on high-quality residential builds (extensions, loft, and garage conversions).
- Face of the Business: Communicating professionally with our clients and suppliers. You’ll be representing a premium brand.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- The Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a construction labouring/site role.
- The Licence: A full, valid UK Driving Licence.
- The Insurance Requirement: Candidates must be 25+ years old (for commercial vehicle insurance purposes).
- The Attitude: You’re someone who sees a job that needs doing and just does it. You take pride in a tidy site and a job well done.
