About The Role

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Commercial Account Manager to lead our relationship with Ocado, while also contributing to the management and development of our Marks & Spencer account alongside our Senior Commercial Manager.

This role is customer-facing and has ownership for the day-to-day management of Ocado, alongside supporting the M&S account. You will build strong relationships with buyers and key customer stakeholders, use data to identify opportunities and drive performance across sales, service, availability and profitability.

You will:

Lead the day-to-day commercial relationship with Ocado.
Build strong relationships with buyers and customer stakeholders.
Monitor account performance and identify commercial opportunities and risks.
Manage pricing, promotions, product setup and reporting.
Work closely with planning, supply chain and operational teams.
Contribute to the management and development of the M&S account alongside the Senior Commercial Manager.

About You

This role could suit an experienced Commercial or Account Manager, or a Junior Commercial Manager or Account Executive who is ready to take their next step.

You will be:

Confident managing customer relationships and taking ownership of an account.
Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable using data.
A strong communicator with customers and internal stakeholders.
Highly organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience within fresh produce or the food industry would be desirable but is not essential.
